Signature Help

Does anyone know how to make a cool looking signature, or can help me in the process of making one? It would be highly appreciated, and ill be glad to pay you back in whatever way i can

Edit : I know how to make a signature what i meant to ask was does anyone know how to make like a flashing light that repeats itself over and over, in the background? Like a lightsaber for instance, flashing, in my signature. Lol hard to explain i know...

I believe photoshop has some tools that let you do that, I know of a few sites that are free and let you put in text and or backrounds. Some even let you add effects such as blur or flash. If you wish to know more pm me I will help you out.
