For any guilds that wish to create an alliance, they must create an application form.
NOTE: Please do NOT post your application form here. Please create a new topic in the Alliance Proposal Forum with your guild's name ONLY.

Once you have completed this form, a notification will be posted below your application form. Please check up a few days later to see if the alliance has been accepted or declined.

[Accepted] - Your alliance request was accepted and has successfully been formed with the Army of Light.

[Denied] - Your alliance request was denied; however, you may create another alliance request over the time.

[Pending] - Your alliance request is currently being discussed by the High Council, and will get back to you as soon as possible with results.

[Solved] - Any confusion or problematic situations were resolved.
